understand where your coming from there JPM but the stadium wasnt just built with tax payers money - like with soccer in ireland the people at grass roots have contributed mostly to the organisation - you always get a bunch of goons near the top who may use the power wrongly.
I wouldnt really look back anymore - i see it as a fairly progressive organisation and in seán kelly i think weve seen a genuine sportsperson. A lot of GAA people would have been put off soccer over the years because of peoples attitude to GAA (mostly in Dublin i have to say) but i reckon nows a good time to change. It works both ways and you could argue all night as to "who started it" but you still cant take away from what the GAA has achieved.
