Pre-moderated posting.
I've been a member here for almost a year now. When I signed up I got a warning saying my posts would be pre-moderated for a short while. I sent a PM to the 12th Man back in November when the settings didn't change. The same thing is still happening though.
It's frustrating, when trying to get involved in conversations, to have to wait an hour or more for my posts to appear on-thread. Is there some way this can be fixed? Or is there some new rule I've missed about posters with under 50 posts?

Just thinking, could the fada in my user-name be causing the problem?
I know it's been an issue on other sites when the software couldn't process the characters properly.
