If this is true, its a huge loss for Manulla cause he was huge for Manulla.

    Mossy

I think my namesake has been jettisoned by the mafia in Manulla. In fairness he did say that last Year was his last Year, so I suppose he gave them the chance. Still the rumours persist that they did it in an underhand way. The Mossy camp will claim a certain son of THE POWER in Manulla (who is now near Junior Ranks) wanted to see him ousted, because Mossy was not to be trusted to give this lad a chance so he had to be removed. I hope that Mr. Lally now walks away completely (including schoolboys) and let's them at it maybe join a different club - The Bombers anyone. If you have no respect in your club go to one that will respect you.
Any news on the replacements ? I hear a Triumpharant were installed, just like the GAA with their mentors.
With Celtic & Ballina gone proffesional, the Port Semi - Pro, the Heane on the verge of same, will Manullla go external and confirm that their is life outside of Balla !!!!

If Mossy got the bullet last week, do you not think that it might have been a little disrespectful as his father died last week also?

Mayo had a good first half and hit the crossbar twice. Galway took the lead against the run of play. Once Galway got the second, the heads began to drop. The Donegal game was Mayo's undoing.

    Back Again

I see the Mayo League have called all clubs back into a meeting again with regards to the u-21. Looks like Mossy was right.

And where are the clubs getting the money to pay the players from? It is a dangerous game that could see clubs being punished for breaching the amateur ethos. A proper youth structure with academy is a better way forward than instant success

its funny how history has a habit of repeating its self.
one piece of advice for El Duce tread lighly listen to what the clubs are saying
Dont assume they will give you every wish.
i would say the phone bills have gone up i'm sure every club who wasn't at the meeting have been contacted by the maffia

    Predictions

The Port should come away with a win although if they were at home I would not be as confident !! The Heane have it all to do, Who are Trinity anyway ? Although their record is great ( Champions 4/6 Times. Second others.) How come so I have never heard ot them !!! Is it true that they are travelling down the night before ? Eh Don. Also will there be a good crowd ? Locals and soccer people of the county. I see McAtee is Refing, Could not ask for better I would have thought.
    Peters 1 Port 2
Heane 2 Trinity 2 Heane again on Pens Fahey the man (Mayo's No. 1 by a mile )
