Kerry's first away cup tie, and the record against Cobh over the last five games is one win apiece and three draws, so certainly capable of taking the game to extra time.

Do exactly the same as last season. Match will be on a Sunday, after us playing in Europe on Thursday. Sit back, watch us complete hundreds of passes between Maher and the defence, win it on penalties. Job done.
Can’t be anything but pessimistic with the run we are on. Maybe we’ll have an upturn by then, but I won’t be banking on it. Three games v Derry this year, three defeats.
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.

Both of you have a decent enough chance of getting through to the next round. If you do advance I'd imagine both of you would be joint favourites along with shels.
Rovers recent history of opponents in the early round's of the cup is challenging, especially as the games happen during the European games. And no replays if I'm not mistaken,is it straight to penos if a draw after 90 mins?

Well thats a sh1t 2nd round draw. Home draw first or non league, not away to local rivals especially this season when we're eyeballing each other in the league. Id love to say thats a horror draw for St Pats too but Derry are so hit and miss it could be worse. Dublin Derby will be intriguing. Nuisance draws elswhere like Harps away to Cork. 1st real cup test for Kerry, away to munster rivals that they could beat. Im calling Dundalk's name to be on the trophy...
