No changes to Tallaght pitch size – Minister
Minister for Sport John O’Donoghue has declared that no change will be implemented to the size of the proposed playing surface at the Tallaght Stadium – effectively ruling out the possibility of Gaelic Games being staged at the venue.
Local GAA clubs, led by Thomas Davis, have objected to the development of the ground – which will be completed by local authority South Dublin County Council – as a soccer-exclusive venue.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
