I saw Oasis last week here in Sydney and they were pretty poor. Liam's voice was shot and, to be honest, he just didn't look like he was making the effort. Noel did his best to carry it but it just wasn't working for them.

Hopefully it was just a bad day at the office for them...

I've seen them in 2000 at Lansdowne and they were pretty briliant that day

saw them below in pairc ui choimh, cork years ago. they were superb.

vh1 show their unplugged session from a few years ago every month. the one where noel does all the singing - think liam had lost his voice. its a great show. (really like noel doing acoustic numbers on his todd - "talk tonight" is amazing). was it ever released as a cd?

whats the new album like? the singles so far have been good.

Talk tonight or the unplugged show?
Talk Tonight was a B Side of (and píssed all over) Some Might Say. Actually I think all 3 b sides were better than the single on that one. It's on Masterplan.

Unplugged isn't an official release afaik, but I'm sure you'd get it as a bootleg handy enough.

Best version of it I've got is the one he did on The White Room, with Paul Weller playing organ.

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be, but remember when Oasis were good...

Think it was releasesd as a DVD, am looking to buy it myself because it is brilliant. I think I heard a story tht they were about to walk on stage and Liam just decided he didn't want to do it. That's why Noel is shocked when he sees him later on.

Will be going tomorrow! Saw them last March (2004) and they were pretty good although I missed the Marley Park Show.
