Someone is going to advise you to "buy" dreamweaver, and they will probably be right. But if you only see yourself doing one or maybe two websites and you aren't pushed about how they look just use an online template.
just wanna dersign two sinple web sites and know knowing about all the html and all that, so i was thinking of using this, any feedback ???

IfF you're just doing simple stuff, use a WYSIWYG editor like http://nvu.com/ or www.openoffice.org (part of a full office suite). I'm sure there are more, and I've never seen a free one I liked, but free, legal and good, pick two.
